Students will enjoy three intensive days of professional cricket coaching. Players will develop advanced skills in:

  • Batting
  • Bowling
  • Fielding
  • Tactical awareness and match strategy

A special highlight of the week includes a biomechanics bowling session, using motion capture technology to analyse movement and improve technique while reducing injury risk.

Section 2: Recovery, Fitness & Nutrition

Alongside cricket training, students will take part in practical workshops about:

  • Sports nutrition and hydration
  • Injury prevention and recovery
  • Mental wellbeing and rest routines

Players will also participate in guided recovery sessions, including stretching and light activity, to keep their bodies prepared for the next challenge.
